**Refund & Cancellation Policy**

**Bookkeeping & Tax Services:**

All payments for ongoing bookkeeping and tax services are non-refundable once work has begun. Clients may cancel services with at least 30 days' written notice. Services will continue through the end of the paid billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

**Consulting Services:**

Payments for consulting sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.

**DIY Bookkeeping Templates:**

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the template has been delivered via download. If you experience any technical issues, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.
